ICT Generalist

Flying Teachers professionalizes language teaching. We specialize in the development and implementation of tailored learning concepts for individuals and companies. We conduct language exams, are active in the training and further education of teachers as well as in learning support.

For decades, we have maintained close partnerships with companies, public and private institutions in the field of education and labor integration with the common goal "Education for all!".

For this exciting environment with far-reaching tasks, we are looking for you as

ICT Generalist

Your tasks:

• In collaboration with external service providers, you provide the ICT infrastructure and maintain the various IT solutions and applications.
• You support your colleagues with IT problems together with your team of 3 employees. You train and sensitize them regarding data protection.

You manage the tools used such as BigBlueButton, Zoom, Webex, Dropbox, ticketing, and also open source applications.

You are the link between the various suppliers at home and abroad.

• You support the various departments in "best practice" and support their processes with IT solutions.

You understand how to solve new requirements with existing tools, know their limits, and know when new tools or solutions need to be evaluated and implemented.

You already have experience in migrations of collaboration tools, websites, and integrated systems.

• You enjoy communicating personally with the people who rely on functioning IT systems.

What you bring with you:

• An apprenticeship as an IT specialist EFZ or ICT specialist EFZ or a completed degree in computer science
• Professional experience in a comparable activity and in project management
• The ability to work independently, responsibly, and at the same time be a team player
• Carefulness and punctuality as well as the ability to understand and adequately map complex structures and contexts
• German at native level and very good English skills. Hungarian would be your ace up your sleeve.
