We represent the brands ROBETA, WOMONDO and NOMADE Nation in the motorhome sector and are an official Bosch Car Service centre. In our specialised workshop, we equip vehicles according to customer wishes and are a reliable partner for various garages and public services (police, fire brigade, city bus, taxi companies, and more). From solar systems, to parking heaters, to courier vehicles with ovens, we offer a wide range of services. But ordinary vehicle maintenance and repairs are also part of our expertise.

To support our customer service, we are looking for an experienced

Clerk / Customer Service Advisor 40 - 60%

These tasks await you:

• Managing customer reception including cafeteria
• Responding to customer enquiries via email and telephone
• Scheduling and organising customer orders
• Assisting in the spare parts and inventory management area
• Organising customer and staff events
• Administrative tasks such as mail, invoices, delivery notes
• Customer correspondence, shipping logistics and vehicle transfers
• Assisting with vehicle sales online and on site
• Supporting customer service offers, invoices and acquisition
• Other exciting tasks
• Marketing and social media

Your profile

• Completed training and several years of professional experience as a commercial employee or customer service advisor in the automotive industry.
• Experience in the automotive trade as well as knowledge of vehicles (mandatory)
• Experience with spare parts programmes (mandatory)
• Willingness and desire to take responsibility
• Experience with IT, Word, Excel, PDF, DMS Stieger or Alcolm
• Independent and reliable working style with a high quality awareness
• Physical resilience and commitment
• Willingness to change and flexibility, possibly desire for further training
• Team player
• Organisational talent
