In this versatile role, you are responsible for the independent processing of medical expenses, individual premium reductions (IPV), and the promotion of supplementary family childcare (KibeG). You check eligibility, verify submitted documents, calculate benefits and amounts, initiate payments, and prepare reimbursement decisions.
In doing so, you are in daily contact with a wide range of stakeholders and advise them competently, solution-oriented, and with the necessary tact – especially in challenging customer situations. With your strong service orientation and communication skills, you support customers personally, by phone, and in writing. You operate simultaneously in three different specialist areas, handle their matters in parallel, and switch confidently and efficiently between the various topics and requirements.
