As an Application Center Manager, you will strategically and operationally develop this area further. Together with your team, internal departments and international industry partners, you will drive innovative solutions forward and successfully bring new trends and technologies into practice.
You will stay close to the technology: from CNC and CAM applications to trials and customer demonstrations, as well as training and technical video content. In this way, you actively shape the future of tool clamping technology.

Your responsibilities

• Technical and personnel management as well as continuous development of the REGO-FIX Application Center
• Positioning and expansion of the Application Center as a technology, training and competence centre for customers, employees and industry partners
• Planning and conducting customer shows, workshops, training sessions and live demonstrations to convey technologies and applications in a practical manner
• Identifying and evaluating technology and market trends as well as further developing manufacturing and application processes together with internal and external partners

Your qualifications

• Completed technical basic training with further education at HF/FH level in mechanical engineering or a comparable technical field
• Extensive experience in CNC milling as well as profound know-how in machining technology and CAM programming (Mastercam / Hypermill advantageous)
• Leadership personality with enthusiasm for developing employees and conveying technical content
• Analytical, innovative and practice-oriented working style as well as good English skills
