Would you like to work in a dynamic team in the area of Post-Trade Education & Client Testing? Are you a communicative personality with a strong customer understanding who keeps a cool head even in hectic times? Do you have good knowledge of the stock exchange and securities world? Then apply and become part of our Post-Trade Education & Client Testing team.
As a Specialist Post-Trade Education & Client Testing, you support our team in creating e-learning courses as well as in planning and conducting face-to-face courses. The online and face-to-face courses are aimed at our customers and employees and impart knowledge in several areas of the securities world and various SIX applications.
In Client Testing, you are responsible for the central coordination between internal stakeholders and our customers and ensure a coordinated implementation of the test scenarios. In close cooperation with your team colleagues, you ensure that the concerns of new and existing customers regarding testing activities are recorded and successfully implemented.
The training and client testing activities cover various specialist areas of SIX such as settlement, corporate action, tax, funds, clearing, among others.
These are your tasks
- Creation and implementation of training content for employees and customers (e-learning and face-to-face courses) in various post-trade specialist areas such as settlement, corporate actions, tax etc. in close cooperation with internal stakeholders.
- Conducting high-quality and customer-oriented demo sessions or presentations of applications and services, online or at SIX locations, possibly also on-site at customers
- Internal interface for client testing requests as well as central contact point for coordination and execution of smooth client testing activities with new and existing customers
- Creating and updating test scripts for various business specialist areas such as corporate action, settlement, clearing, among others.
- Regular customer contact, by phone and in writing in German and English
This is what you bring
- Mandatory, several years of professional experience in securities processing and in the post-trading area, ideally custody & clearing (settlement, corporate action, clearing etc.), SWIFT knowledge also an advantage
- Open-minded and articulate personality who enjoys sharing knowledge and can confidently present in front of an audience
- Experience in dealing with demanding customers as well as a strong customer flair
- Resilient and team-oriented personality who is not afraid to contribute own ideas
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written (at least level B2), French and Italian as well as any other language is an advantage
