MABI Robotic AG - a Swiss company headquartered in Veltheim AG. We specialise in the development and production of highly precise industrial robots for CNC milling. Our innovative robotic systems are used in a wide range of industries worldwide. With Swiss precision, maximum flexibility and the highest quality, we set standards in automation technology. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Sales Manager (m/f/d).

Your Responsibilities 

As an engineer with business management training, you will be responsible in this versatile position with a high degree of independence for expanding existing and building new markets with distributors, agents and direct sales.

• Market analyses and business planning for new target markets
• Building customer contacts and the sales organisation in new markets
• Needs-based support of key customers and sales partners
• Development of customer-specific solutions and offers
• Positioning the company towards customers, partners and authorities
• Defining measures to support/secure the long-term value creation of the company
• Competent and successful implementation of sales projects and tenders

Your Profile 

We are looking for a proactive, travel-friendly and resilient personality who has completed an engineering degree (HTL/ETH or comparable level). In addition, you have business management training. You can demonstrate at least five years of experience in marketing technically and commercially complex products. Experience in international sales and project management is an advantage; preferably in the railway sector or in safety-relevant applications. You have a convincing and winning manner and are characterised by a high customer orientation and a professional working style. Flexibility, willingness to contribute innovative ideas and entrepreneurial thinking are prerequisites for this position. Fluent German, English and French skills complete your profile. Additional foreign languages are an advantage.
