You make the small but crucial difference in the Housekeeping Team?

Then we are exactly looking for you from June to the end of September.

• You complete tasks using the KnowCross programme
• You conduct quality checks in guest suites, public areas including SPA, staff areas and storage rooms
• You work closely with other departments to fulfil guest wishes as best as possible
• You actively support the implementation of internal training
• You lead, motivate and guide employees to work independently
• You make internal orders for snacks & flowers
• You plan daily routines & staff deployment
• You develop your own projects
• You actively support the subordinate employees during time and personnel bottlenecks

• You have experience in 5-star hospitality
• You have good German and English skills
• You are confident in using the MS Office suite and hotel software
• You work independently and conscientiously
• You are used to communicative teamwork and are adaptable
