In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Controlling FP&A and take on the professional and personnel leadership of a team of six employees. You will be responsible for the financial management of several central corporate areas and act as an important sparring partner for management.

What you will achieve
- Leadership, coaching and development of the Controlling Management Services team
- Financial management of the HRM, Real Estate & Operations, Digital & IT, and Corporate Center Functions areas
- Advising the directorates as a sparring partner on financial, business management and strategic matters
- Responsibility for budgeting, rolling forecasts and multi-year planning
- Preparation of meaningful management reports and derivation of recommendations for action
- Responsibility for CAPEX/OPEX controlling, investments and profitability analyses
- Development of controlling instruments, key performance indicator systems, dashboards and reporting solutions
- Optimisation of controlling processes, methods, data quality and cross-departmental collaboration
How you will succeed
- Higher business administration education (FH/University) with a focus on finance, controlling or business administration or a comparable qualification (e.g. expert in accounting and controlling)
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in controlling, ideally in complex organisations
- Sound knowledge in financial, performance and cost controlling
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial management of organisational units
- Experience in OPEX, CAPEX and investment controlling, ideally also in project/construction controlling
- Strong analytical, conceptual and solution-oriented skills
- High communication, integration and leadership competence as well as pronounced management understanding
- IT affinity and experience with modern controlling, reporting and BI solutions; knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system/REKOLE® is an advantage
