About the job
You lead exciting investment projects for Migros in-house bakeries and actively shape standards in infrastructure, construction, and manufacturing technology. With your technical expertise, project management skills, and eye for quality, costs, and deadlines, you make a decisive contribution to the further development of our in-house bakeries.
What you achieve
- You develop and define the FFB-HB execution standards in the areas of infrastructure/construction as well as manufacturing technology and production equipment for in-house bakeries
- In collaboration with the heads of production for in-house bakeries and the heads of sales at Migros, you are responsible for the professional handling of investment projects based on the in-house bakery strategy of the FFB
- You ensure that quality requirements in the projects are met regarding costs, benefits, and deadlines
- You develop solution proposals and preliminary studies according to the defined requirements
- You prepare detailed cost estimates, layout drawings, and planning of equipment requirements
- You implement approved projects including order processing
- You are responsible for the technical documentation and the structured handover of projects to the clients
- You are responsible for budget creation and budget implementation in the Migros in-house bakery sector
- You advise and support the HB mechanics in the operational maintenance of the in-house bakery regions professionally
What you bring
- Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
- Field: Technical basic training with further education in engineering, construction, production technology, or project management
- Professional experience: Several years of experience in managing technical projects, ideally in production, food industry, or retail
- You have sound knowledge in the areas of infrastructure, construction, manufacturing technology, and production equipment
- You think economically and always keep costs, benefits, quality, and deadlines in view
- You have experience in preparing cost estimates, layouts, and technical documentation
- You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner
- You convince with strong communication skills, coordination ability, and a confident appearance
- You enjoy advising different stakeholders and successfully implementing projects
