Your tasks

Training & Collaboration

You competently support and advise our customers across all channels – in person, by phone, and in writing. You handle inquiries and concerns in a solution-oriented and service-conscious manner.

Ensuring customer satisfaction

You recognize customer needs early and do everything possible to find optimal solutions. A positive customer experience is your top priority.

Order processing & coordination

You carefully record orders, coordinate their processing, and ensure the quality of our services. Your structured way of working and attention to detail are crucial.
