Located in the Vevey region, between town and countryside, the Cité du Genévrier welcomes adults with intellectual disabilities. Its vocation as a generalist institution in the field of intellectual disability also offers more specific services (in the areas of multiple disabilities, autism, or Prader-Willi syndrome).

Integrated into the Eben-Hézer Foundation, the Cité du Genévrier is the custodian of the moral testament of its founder, Sister Julie Hofmann. It thus considers the happiness of the people it welcomes as the ultimate goal of its work.

To complete our team of 8 socio-educational sector collaborators, our institution is currently seeking a

Sector Manager (M/F) at 90%

The notion of proximity is essential for this role, which includes among other things:

• Responsibility for three educational teams, namely supporting around 30 collaborators in their daily work

• Administrative management of these teams

• Compliance with the institution’s guidelines and pedagogical principles

Job Profile

• Holding a diploma as an ES or HES educator or a qualification deemed equivalent

• Possessing training and/or proven experience in management is an asset

• Having proven experience in the field of intellectual disability

• Having a curious, insightful, committed and determined personality

• Being recognised for excellent listening and communication skills (a sense of humour is welcome)

Start date: 1 February 2027
