We are a successful regional representative of the premium brands BMW and MINI and are looking to strengthen our team immediately or by arrangement with a

Your area of responsibility:

• Customer advice and support for maintenance and repair work
• Close cooperation with our importer
• Order initiation / scheduling / invoicing
• Preparation of quotations
• Feasibility checks with the workshop
• Input and processing of warranty claims
• Various administrative additional tasks (e.g. invoicing, cash register, extended warranties, etc.)

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as an automotive specialist or mechatronics technician with commercial further training
• Several years of experience as a customer service advisor in the automotive industry as well as with the brands BMW and MINI is an advantage
• Well-groomed appearance, high service orientation with good manners
• Enjoyment of organisational work in a team
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
