We at auticon have developed a unique diversity model for the collaboration of autistic individuals with the IT project teams of our clients: all our IT specialists are supported by a job coach who assists – if desired – in the individual design of the workplace as well as in matters of communication and social interaction. Your Profile
- You have experience and education (also self-taught) in the IT or STEM field.
- You have an autism diagnosis or are in the process of clarification.
- High work quality is particularly important to you.
- You have very good German and/or English skills.
1. Cybersecurity
- Protection of networks, end devices, and applications.
- Penetration testing and incident response.
- SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk) for threat monitoring and analysis.
- Frontend: JavaScript (React, Angular), HTML, CSS.
- Backend: Java (Spring, Hibernate), REST APIs.
- DevOps: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, test automation.
- Real-time security monitoring, incident management.
- Splunk-based threat analysis and forensics.
- Proactive vulnerability scanning and SIEM management.
- Design and operation of cloud solutions (AWS, Azure).
- Automation with Terraform, CloudFormation.
- Cloud security, cost optimization, and migration.

Your Activities with Us
You will take on tasks in client projects according to your professional knowledge in close collaboration with the client team, our project managers, and team leaders.
