Job description
As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing test strategies across multiple projects, coordinating testing activities, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
🔥 Your responsibilities:
- Define the test strategy, based on risk, for multiple projects.
- Monitor and manage testing activities.
- Report on test campaigns.
- Support and supervise testers.
- Lead a continuous improvement approach to testing practices.
- Prepare and execute tests.
- Detect, document, and track defects.
- Test fixes applied to applications.
- Promote testing within the department and participate in the test leaders community.
- Carry out all activities in compliance with internal processes.
🎯 Your profile:
- At least 5 years of experience in test management in similar roles.
- University Master’s degree in computer science, engineering degree or equivalent.
- Certification in testing (e.g. ISTQB) appreciated.
- Proficiency in at least one test management methodology (ISTQB, TMAP, etc.).
- Proficiency in an agile (Scrum) or traditional project management methodology.
- Proficiency in ITIL and a test tool (such as Xray)
- Fluency in French; English is an asset.
