As a (Senior) Key Accounts Manager Spirits At Home, you are responsible for the strategic development of national customers with the aim of generating sustainable and profitable growth. You define and implement all sales and development activities taking into account the overarching corporate strategy, financial profitability, and local market conditions.
YOUR TASKS
- Independent management of your customer portfolio with full responsibility for sales and profitability growth
- Development, coordination, and implementation of strategic customer plans
- Support of assigned accounts as well as continuous expansion and maintenance of customer relationships
- Development of negotiation strategy, conducting negotiations, and preparation of offers
- Analysis of customer, market, and competitor data for targeted further development and optimisation of your key accounts
- Promotion of successful cross-functional collaboration between KAM and internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Finance, RGM, and Category Management
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- You have a degree in business administration; a master’s degree is an advantage
- You bring several years of professional experience in key account management in the FMCG sector and are interested in current trends and developments in the spirits category
- You possess strong analytical and strategic skills as well as a very good understanding of sales and financial metrics
- You convince through strong competencies in collaboration with internal and external partners and embody cooperation, solution-oriented thinking, and efficient communication
- You are a dynamic personality, work independently, have the necessary drive to push things forward, and are characterised by a quick grasp of matters
- You are proficient in SAP and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- You have very good communication skills in German and English, both spoken and written
