As part of the Quality & Compliance team of Digital Solutions, you contribute to sustainably improving the quality of our products and solutions from the customer’s perspective and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
What is this role about?
Do you enjoy analysing software and hardware issues in a structured way and establishing sustainable solutions? Do you like working at the interface between development, support, and other areas? Would you like to actively contribute to continuously improving quality from the customer’s perspective?
In this role, you have the opportunity to actively shape our complaint management and directly influence customer satisfaction and the quality of our products.
What tasks will you take on?
- You take responsibility and manage customer complaints end-to-end – from recording through analysis to sustainable resolution
- You coordinate the handling of customer complaints in close collaboration with development, support, product management, and other relevant stakeholders
- You analyse causes of software and hardware issues (e.g. bugs, system behaviour, process gaps) and ensure sustainable remediation
- You drive structured problem-solving processes (e.g. 8D) forward and ensure their consistent implementation
- You identify recurring or systemic patterns and derive proactive improvement measures to enhance quality
- You ensure transparency about the status and progress of customer complaints through appropriate key figures and reports
- You actively contribute to non-conformity management and the further development of the complaint management process
What do we expect from you?
You:
- Have a completed degree (e.g. computer science, engineering, quality management or comparable)
- Have experience dealing with support service or customer complaints, ideally in the software or IT environment
- Understand software development processes as well as typical error patterns in software and hardware solutions
- Have strong moderation and communication skills in an interdisciplinary environment (e.g. development, support, product management)
- Work in an analytical, structured, and efficient manner with a strong solution orientation, even in time-critical situations
- Show high initiative, assertiveness, and a sense of responsibility
- Have business fluent German and English skills
