Your future field of responsibility

Acceptance and processing of telephone and written group reservations
Ensuring complete reservation processing
Creating offers and contracts
Processing and checking the option list
Pre-blocking rooms; maintaining close communication with the Housekeeping and Front Office departments
Invoice control
Processing smaller events such as dinner events with support from Convention Sales

What you bring with you

Ideally a completed training in the tourism sector or experience in a comparable position
A structured, independent, and reliable way of working as well as the ability to organise tasks independently and prioritise them sensibly
Good knowledge of MS Office applications and practical experience with the hotel software Opera Cloud V5
Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
Team spirit, communication skills, and enjoyment in working with different contacts
