About the job

• Shape and further develop HR: You lead a motivated HR team with two employees and bear overall responsibility for the strategic and operational direction of the entire Human Resources.
• Business Partnership: As a competent contact person, you advise and support managers and employees in all HR matters. With your coaching, you strengthen leadership skills and foster a culture of appreciation within the company.
• Recruiting & Employer Branding: You are responsible for the entire recruitment process and specifically develop employer branding and personnel marketing. Together, you position Klinik SGM as an attractive employer and attract the right talents for the future.
• HR Administration & Payroll: You ensure a professional HR life cycle and are responsible for personnel administration as well as payroll processing. In addition, you coordinate collaboration with insurance companies, authorities, and the finance department.
• HR Controlling & Digitalisation: You develop meaningful HR key figures, analyse relevant data, and derive optimisations from them. In doing so, you actively drive the continuous development and digitalisation of HR processes.
• Projects & Change Management: You initiate and lead strategic HR projects and actively shape changes together with the management.

• Several years of professional experience (at least five years) in a senior HR role, ideally in healthcare or a comparable environment.
• Federal HR specialist certificate as well as further HR training (e.g. HF Head of Human Resources) or willingness to complete this.
• Experience in leading and developing employees as well as a modern and inspiring leadership approach.
• Strong advisory skills, high social competence, and enjoyment in working with diverse stakeholders.
• Very good IT user skills and affinity for digital HR processes.
• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style as well as a high degree of discretion and sense of responsibility.
• Passion for Human Resources, entrepreneurial thinking, and enjoyment in actively shaping change.
• Identification with the Christian values and the value-oriented corporate culture of Klinik SGM.
