At the Pflegezentrum Baar , the person is at the centre. As a competence centre for the care and support of elderly people as well as young adults, we accompany around 165 residents with professional expertise, respect and commitment. Our institution combines two buildings with four specialised geriatric and two protected wards as well as the Atrium – a unique offer for young adults.

Your tasks
- Responsibility for the daily routine as well as the central role as a contact person for residents, relatives, doctors and the team.
- Independent planning and implementation of care processes including documentation and application of existing concepts.
- Responsibility for complete service recording in the RAI system.
- The focus is always on high-quality and resident-oriented care and support.
You bring with you
- Completed training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH or Health Specialist EFZ.
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role and enjoyment in working with elderly people.
- Your humour, solution orientation and passion as well as your open and unique personality enrich our team.
- German language skills at least at level B2.
