About the job

• You support us in the technical maintenance and cleaning of the facilities, while being responsible for the infrastructure
• Your main mission is to ensure the smooth operation of the shopping centre
• You also contribute to the safety of people and property
• You put your skills to use during the setup and dismantling of our various events and activities within the centre

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma as an operations agent or a Federal VET Diploma in a building trade (for example, electrician-installer or ventilation technician with good knowledge of electrical installations)
• You are proficient in French and have good knowledge of MS Office tools as well as the PC environment
• You have experience in technical maintenance and concierge services
• You demonstrate flexibility regarding working hours, especially due to the centre's opening hours (work on Saturdays and during holiday periods)
• You are comfortable in interpersonal relations and enjoy working in a team
