Assistant Quality Management
50% workload
Your tasks
- Independent management of defined topics and projects in quality management
- Further development of the quality management system according to ISO 9001 as well as maintenance and control of QM documentation
- Support in planning, conducting and follow-up of internal audits as well as accompanying external certification audits
- Support in analysing processes and tracking corrective actions
- Assistance in developing and implementing quality concepts and quality improvement measures with the specialist departments
- Handling complaints and participation in continuous improvement process (CIP)
- Training and raising awareness of employees on quality topics
- Deputising for the head of quality management during absence
- Support in coordinating and implementing data protection as well as monitoring legal adjustments
Your profile
- Commercial training and/or health profession
- Experience in quality assurance, process management or auditing
- Careful, structured working method and excellent organisational skills
- Strategic thinking and operational implementation skills
- Good communication skills and strong social competencies
