Data and Process Manager (80 – 100%)

Your tasks

• Support and maintenance of the ERP industry software eNVenta including master data management
• Ensuring data quality as well as carrying out data imports
• Creation, maintenance and analysis of statistics and tools
• Participation in digitalisation projects
• Support in the further development and maintenance of the e-shop and the mobile app including user management and telephone support
• Maintenance of product attributes and creation of product data sheets / catalogues in the PIM system
• Documentation and implementation of process changes within the framework of the continuous improvement process (CIP)
• First-level support for application-related problems with the ERP system and other user software

Requirements profile

• Strong enthusiasm for e-commerce and "IT flair" are essential
• Quick comprehension and a critical eye for existing processes and workflows
• Very good Excel skills are essential
• Experience with ERP systems and in the field of data management and e-commerce
• Knowledge of SQL is an advantage
• Independent, precise and service-oriented working style
• Structured way of thinking and willingness to take responsibility
• "Hands-on mentality"
