What you bring:

• Completed vocational training in the automotive sector, ideally as a spare parts salesperson or retail specialist
• Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and affinity for teaching
• Very good Microsoft 365 skills and experience with modern ERP tools, ideally also from Microsoft
• High affinity for IT (ERP) and processes
• Structured, independent working style
• Willingness to travel
• Very good written and spoken skills in German and French are mandatory; English and Italian skills are an advantage

Your tasks:

• Training: Planning, organising and conducting online and face-to-face training on processes and OE parts sales for employees
• Training materials & learning videos: Developing and updating training materials and learning videos for various tools and applications
• Key user tasks: Organising and conducting online and face-to-face training and workshops for key users
• Support: Contact person for internal queries
• Projects: Participation in various projects
