Reception Staff for Large Construction Site (m/f/d) - Brienz Region

Numbers are your passion - your new challenge

• First point of contact at the security lodge of our client
• Access control and verification of access authorisations
• Issuing and managing keys and badges
• Biometric registration of employees
• Operation of telephone, radio, and emergency telephone systems
• Reporting and journal keeping
• Administrative tasks and back-office duties
• Supervision and monitoring of security systems
• Support of emergency personnel in case of incidents
• Other general security duties on site at the construction site

What you bring

• Flexibility and willingness to cover at least two shift types (early shift 05:30 - 14:00, late shift 13:45 - 22:00, night shift 21:45 - 06:00)
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• PC user skills
• Technical understanding
• Impeccable reputation (extracts from debt enforcement and criminal records)
• Mobility (driving licence and own vehicle required)
