Job Description

• Responsibility for expanding the business in your sales territory
• Combination of technical consulting and active sales (Solution Selling)
• Presence in the office as well as regular customer appointments on site
• Acquisition of new leads and development of additional market potentials
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Analysis of customer needs and development of tailored technical solutions
• Conducting consultation talks and negotiations through to closing
• Continuous development of your product and sales skills through training and coaching

Profile

• Completed bachelor’s degree or a comparable qualification
• Native German language skills (Swiss German) as well as very good business-level English
• Valid driving licence and willingness to attend customer appointments on site
• Clear motivation to build a long-term career in sales
• Strong interest in innovative high-tech products and technical solutions
• Ambition to develop into an expert in the industry
• Proactive, independent working style with strong drive to achieve goals
• Strong willingness to learn and enthusiasm for continuous development
