- As a host, you ensure that our customers feel welcome and well cared for at the butcher and charcuterie counter.
- Thanks to your excellent service and individual advice, you ensure unique shopping experiences.
- You share responsibility for the freshness and quality of our high-quality products.
- You ensure strict compliance with legal and operational hygiene guidelines and regulations.
- With your positive charisma and passion for our ***delicatessa, you make a decisive contribution to the company’s success.
THIS IS WHAT SETS YOU APART
- You are a service-oriented personality with a strong passion for high-quality food.
- You have successfully completed training as a butcher (EFZ), cook (EFZ) or retail specialist in the food sector and bring solid professional experience in butchery or charcuterie.
- You already have leadership experience or aim for a management position in the medium term.
- You maintain impeccable manners and have a well-groomed appearance.
- You are very reliable and act on your own initiative.
- Thursday, Friday and Saturday are your fixed working days, plus one or two additional days according to your workload and deployment planning.
- You have excellent German skills; other languages are not essential but a great advantage for our international guests.
