Event Sales Manager

As an Event Sales Manager (m/f/d) 100%, you are the central contact person for our guests and ensure with sensitivity, organisational talent and enthusiasm that every event becomes a special experience.

Your mission:

• Sale of concerts, festivals, readings, meetings, conferences and large events with up to 1,300 guests
• Optimal utilisation of our diverse rooms
• Professional and individual advice with the aim of achieving high guest satisfaction
• Acceptance of event enquiries and independent preparation of offers and contracts using protel On-Premise
• Processing group reservations of participants staying in our Boutique & Design Hotel
• Coordination with other departments for the execution of events
• Creation and checking of invoices and debtors
• Various administrative tasks and data maintenance

What scores with you:

• Host personality with a high willingness to serve
• Completed training in hospitality and/or gastronomy, preferably a degree from a recognised hotel management school or an equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in a comparable position
• You possess solid administrative skills and have experience with PMS systems
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, other foreign languages are an advantage
• Your charisma is genuine, your manner always respectful: with charm and social sensitivity, you are a valued contact for guests and colleagues alike
• You are characterised by innovative ideas and are an organisational talent
• You like to take responsibility and flexibility is a matter of course for you
