To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated and committed individual as Specialist Integrated Management System IMS 80-100%.
Your tasks
- Coordination and support in the maintenance, further development and continuous improvement of our integrated management system (quality, environment, energy and occupational safety)
- Preparation, organisation, accompaniment and follow-up of internal and external audits
- Support in planning and conducting supplier, process and system audits
- Maintenance and further development of the process landscape as well as documented information
- Support of departments with questions regarding management systems, customer requirements and normative specifications
- Participation in handling complaints as well as corrective and improvement measures
- Participation in cross-departmental improvement and digitalisation projects
- Implementation and monitoring of customer requirements (Customer Specific Requirements – CSR)
- Promotion of quality, environmental and safety awareness
Your profile
- Technical basic education and studies, e.g. as certified quality manager NDS HF or equivalent further training
- Professional experience in quality management or in an integrated management system of an industrial company
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 is desirable.
- Qualification as 1st and/or 2nd party auditor according to IATF 16949 or practical experience in the automotive environment
- Knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP)
- Basic knowledge of ISO 14001, 50001, 45001 is a plus
- Structured, analytical and independent working style
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Very good MS Office user skills, experience with document management systems
- Very good German and good English skills
