Project Manager for Labor Integration 100% (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for, by agreement, a
Project Manager for Labor Integration 100% (m/f/d)
Your new challenge:
We train about 30-40 course participants monthly in the field of warehouse logistics and retail. These basic courses each include an internship, where the knowledge learned in the theoretical part of the course is consolidated through practice.
In this role, you will take on the following tasks:
- Placement of course participants at internship positions or providers
- Acquisition of new internship providers
- Support and accompaniment of participants (as coach and coordinator)
- Reporting for the assigning agencies (interim and final reports)
- Conducting assessments at our training locations (mainly ZH and LU)
- Visits to internship providers on site to maintain partnerships
- Support in internal sales and other administrative tasks
Who are we looking for?
Someone who…
- can demonstrate several years of professional experience and a solid basic education
- brings some tenacity and persistence for the acquisition of internship positions
- ideally comes from the field of personnel placement and/or job coaching
- enjoys working with people from various social and cultural backgrounds
- can count organizational skills and a solution-oriented as well as efficient
working style among his/her strengths
- looks forward to travel activities (about 20% of the workload; within Switzerland) 😊
