Your voice makes the difference.
With us, you are more than just the first voice on the phone. You answer all enquiries related to social insurance. You listen, recognise needs, and ensure that customers truly feel well cared for. You find practical and quick solutions for many concerns. More complex enquiries are forwarded to the responsible specialists. One thing is certain, your job is demanding and the pace is fast. However, your counterpart does not feel this, because you are a service professional and keep a cool head.

- You enjoy telephoning - even when it gets hectic

- Social insurance certificate desirable

- Empathy is as important to you as a suitable pinch of humour
