Your tasks:

• You take over the educational and organizational management of the KiTa
• You lead, accompany, and develop a team of around 25 employees – oriented to the guiding principle: «Leadership is the mobilization of employees’ energies for the common goal»
• You are in regular exchange with the KiTa leaders of other locations as well as with the two specialists and training managers
• You ensure the quality of care according to our educational concept and take responsibility for compliance with quality standards and administrative processes

What you bring with you:

• You have a degree in childhood pedagogy HF as well as a completed leadership training in the social sector and at least three years of experience in a KiTa leadership role or a similar position 
• You are at least 30 years old and preferably have a license to train HF students
• You enjoy working with people and have a high social sensitivity
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting and a strong service mindset are very important to you
• You enjoy working with numbers, have good computer and business management skills, as well as organizational talent, resilience, and a solution-oriented working style 
• Adaptability and joy in working in an open, honest team – as well as the willingness to live this joy of life daily
