The Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) offers an exciting acute medical role at the interface between the ward and intensive care medicine, focusing on complex internal medical conditions and perioperative care. To strengthen our team, we are looking for motivated assistant physicians.

Assistant Physician (m/f/d) for the Internal Medicine IMC 80-100%
immediate start or by arrangement; limited to 12 months
Your Main Tasks
- Medical care of patients with increased monitoring needs in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMC)
- Early recognition and assessment of clinical changes as well as initiation and implementation of appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic measures
- Coordination of interdisciplinary treatment in close collaboration with the involved specialist disciplines and nursing staff
- Active participation in emergency care and stabilisation of acutely ill patients
- Commitment to high-quality, safe, and patient-centred care as well as continuous improvement of treatment quality
- Participation in further training and education as well as working in an interprofessional and dynamic work environment
Your Profile
- Completed medical studies with a Swiss or recognised foreign diploma
- Previous experience in a hospital of training category A or B for internal medicine, intensive care/IMC and/or anaesthesia
- Knowledge of German (spoken and written) minimum C1 according to EU standards as well as recognition of your training and language by MEBEKO https://www.bag.admin.ch/de/gesuche-einreichen-fuer-auslaendische-abschluesse-der-medizinal-und-psychologieberufe
- Ability to prioritise even in demanding situations
- Respectful interaction with patients and colleagues is a matter of course for you
