Job Description
The Finance, Administration and Support Directorate combines strategic, financial, administrative, technical and political knowledge. As a support entity serving the other directorates of the General Directorate of Buildings and Heritage within its General Directorate, it encompasses various cross-functional activities.
To strengthen its activities, the Finance, Administration and Support Directorate is seeking a Business IT Correspondent. In this role, within a diverse and stimulating environment, you will steer the vision and evolution strategy of the business IT system, contribute to its modernisation, and address the strategic and operational challenges of the directorates.
Responsibilities
- Ensure governance of the business IT system of the General Directorate of Buildings and Heritage and act as the strategic interface with the Directorate General of Digital and Information Systems for all issues and solutions related to the IT system
- Lead major IT projects within our directorate
- Guarantee coherence between IT tools, processes, organisational and innovation aspects, as well as the quality assurance system, and ensure technological watch in IT matters for the system
- Advise the directorate on strategic IT orientations and represent the General Directorate of Buildings and Heritage, within its area of expertise, both internally and externally.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in information systems or an equivalent qualification
- At least 10 years of professional experience in programme management, managing complex IT projects and change management
- Good writing skills, proficiency in common IT applications, ability to develop and create analysis and controlling tools
- Knowledge of administration and the fields of real estate and heritage, proficiency in English (level B2)
- Ability to foster positive exchanges, decision-making spirit, analytical and synthesis skills, sense of integrity and public service.
