As an ISO, you are responsible for the technical implementation of information security, integrating security into operations and projects, pragmatically managing risks, and ensuring effective, actionable protective measures in everyday CISTEC life. You operate at the interface of governance, technology, and management. You are the central contact person for information and cybersecurity topics.
Your tasks
- Supporting our customers with operational questions and disruptions in ongoing operations.
- Analyzing integration and interface errors and developing sustainable solution approaches.
- Verifying new developments through structured testing.
- Carrying out certificate changes in collaboration with customers and external parties.
- Responsibility for configuration work and corrections on integration components.
- Maintenance and support of integration solutions at our customers.
- Ensuring the completeness and currency of operational documentation.
The focus of this role is on 1st and 2nd level support with an emphasis on the integration of external systems in the e-health environment. You are deployed where systems need to work together – and ensure that they do so reliably.
Your profile
- Experience as a software developer as well as good technical basic understanding.
- Completed studies in computer science or completed IT training.
- Curiosity about interfaces, integrations, and complex system landscapes.
- Interest in familiarizing yourself with professional topics in the e-health environment as well as enjoyment in testing software, finding errors, and ensuring quality.
- Ideally, first experience in healthcare (e.g., IT service provider, software vendor, or hospital IT) as well as contact points with the processes of a professional IT environment.
- You enjoy working directly with people and communicate clearly and respectfully.
- Reliability & resilience to keep an overview even in demanding situations.
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form.
