Your Tasks
- Competent nursing and care of invasively and non-invasively ventilated patients
- Monitoring, operation and co-responsibility for ventilation technology and other medical technical devices
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of the nursing process in highly complex care situations
- Close interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, therapists and other professionals
- Active shaping of nursing quality as well as participation in further developments and standards
- Support and counselling of relatives in challenging life situations
- Proper documentation and assurance of nursing quality according to current guidelines
Your Profile
- Completed training as Certified Nursing Specialist HF
- Ideally experience in acute care, IMC, intensive care or ventilation care (not mandatory)
- Interest in highly specialised long-term care and medical-technical issues
- Responsible, resilient and reflective personality
- High social competence, empathy and enjoyment in working with complex care-dependent people
- Team player with willingness to share knowledge and continuously develop
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
