As a Customer Service Advisor Bodyshop, you are the first point of contact when passenger cars, vans, trucks or buses need to be restored to top condition after damage. Whether you call yourself a damage advisor, bodyshop customer advisor or service advisor and originally started as a panel beater with a federal certificate of competence: with us, you combine your expertise with genuine customer contact.

For over 100 years, Gebr. Knecht AG has been a reliable partner in commercial vehicles, construction machinery, bodyshop and signage. Owner-managed, family-oriented, at four locations in Switzerland and since 2024 part of the Thomann Commercial Vehicle Group with a total of eleven locations throughout German-speaking Switzerland.

You accompany every damage case from the first report to vehicle handover – keeping all strings in your hand.

• First point of contact for damage cases: You welcome our customers with damage to passenger cars and commercial vehicles, record the damage and provide competent advice
• Clean case processing: You manage each case in a structured manner and ensure smooth communication with all parties involved
• Quotes with precision and reliability: You create and process quotes – precise, comprehensible and fairly calculated
• Smart appointment planning: You schedule repair appointments in close coordination with colleagues in the workshop
• Administrative support: You relieve the customer service management with further administrative tasks

• Basic training in the automotive trade – ideally as a panel beater
• Commercial knowledge, initial experience in a similar role is a great advantage
• Very good German skills as well as confident handling of MS Office programmes
• High service orientation, a winning manner and enjoyment of working in a team
• Driving licence, category B.
