Introduction
Shape the future of digital documentation management in an international pharmaceutical environment!
For our client, a leading international pharmaceutical company in the Lucerne area, we are looking for a committed and organised individual as a GMP Documentation Coordinator within the scope of a 6-month project.
Take on a central role in the management, digitisation, and optimisation of quality-relevant documentation. You will work closely with the Compliance, Quality, and technical departments and ensure that important training, maintenance, calibration, and qualification documents are always complete, traceable, and audit-ready.
Ideal for candidates with experience in the GMP environment, quality management, or documentation management who enjoy working independently and actively driving processes forward.
Responsibilities
- Management, organisation, and archiving of GMP-relevant documentation
- Ensuring the correct filing of training, maintenance, calibration, and qualification documents
- Development, optimisation, and further advancement of digital documentation and archiving processes
- Ensuring compliance with ALCOA+ principles as well as internal quality and compliance requirements
- Close collaboration with Quality, Compliance, and other internal stakeholders
- Contributing to maintaining the audit and inspection readiness of the site
Profile
- Completed vocational training or degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Quality Management, or a comparable field
- Experience handling technical or quality-relevant documentation
- Precise, structured, and independent working style
- Strong quality and compliance awareness
- Good communication skills in German (at least B2) and English (at least B1)
- Confident use of MS Office and digital documentation systems
Advantageous:
- Experience in a GMP-regulated environment, ideally in pharmaceutical organisations
- Knowledge of GMP requirements, data integrity, and quality management systems
- Knowledge in audits, compliance, or quality management
