Junior Property Manager (80–100%) – m/f
Some of your tasks:
- Independent management of residential and commercial properties
- Organisation and conduct of apartment viewings, inspections, and handovers
- Handling of damage cases
- Administrative tasks from terminations to re-letting
- Contact person for tenants, owners, craftsmen, caretakers, and other external partners
- Planning, coordination, and supervision of maintenance and renovation work
...and what you bring:
- Completed commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by further education in real estate
- Several years of professional experience as a property management clerk or already in a junior role
- High communication, social, and self-competence
- Networked thinking and the ability to think outside the box
- Resilience, motivation, and openness to new things
- Confident appearance and a service-oriented attitude
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; additional languages are an advantage
- Driving licence category B
