Business Analyst
The FE Databases is the competence centre for tasks related to data and data processes in the field of statistics. The survey instruments and the processes for submitting reports are designed, implemented and optimised here. For this purpose, we design, automate and operate efficient processes from the reporting entities to our internal databases. You will become part of a dynamic team that works interdisciplinarily between reporting entities, IT and economic topics.
- Creation and publication of survey instruments in Excel and web tools, including organisation, coordination and execution of the required processes;
- Implementation of consistency and validation rules in the systems and survey instruments;
- Consulting internal departments on the implementation of survey instruments including consistency and validation rules as well as on reporting in general;
- Second-level support, especially advising and assisting reporting entities and software companies with questions regarding survey instruments;
- Project work on the design and implementation of IT tools for processing the survey in close cooperation with internal specialist departments.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences;
- Very high IT affinity;
- Very good Excel skills, ideally initial scripting/programming knowledge;
- Strong analytical/conceptual skills (e.g. requirements analysis, solution design).
