To complement our "Public Relations" unit, we are looking for a

Specialist Assistant Public Relations and Impact Management (50%)

Your Tasks

• Support the Head of Public Relations Unit and the Team Leader Impact Management in all administrative matters such as annual planning, scheduling, finances, organisation and minute-taking of meetings, organisation of retreats and other events within the unit as well as for the individual teams.
• Preparation and refinement of proposals for the management and the foundation board.

Your Profile

• You have a commercial vocational qualification, preferably with professional experience in health promotion and prevention, project management.
• You can rely on your very good verbal and written communication skills.
• You are used to working independently and in a team, are reliable, well organised and flexible.
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Native German or French speaker with good knowledge of the other language.
• You can quickly familiarise yourself with digital tools.
• You are open to change and have a proactive nature.
