About the job
As a subsidiary of the Lake Lucerne Navigation Company (SGV), Tavolago AG operates the gastronomy on all 5 steamships and 14 motor ships of the SGV and also pampers our customers on land in several establishments as well as at caterings and large events with up to 5000 guests. Our land-based operations include the LUZ Seebistro, the Wirtshaus Taube, the CHÄRNSMATT – Inn & Play Paradise, and the Ampersand Grill Restaurant. We are also the gastronomy partner of the Pilatus Arena and the Lucerne Fair.

We are looking for an Executive Assistant & Office Manager (a)

Here is what you will do
- You will take on a variety of organisational and administrative tasks in daily business
- You will conduct correspondence with customers and business partners professionally and with style
- You will coordinate the daily office operations including incoming and outgoing mail, warmly welcome our guests, and ensure the preparation and follow-up of meetings as well as appointment management
- You will be responsible for organising management and executive workshops, from the offer through bookings to programme design and invitations
- You will take minutes as a trusted person of the executive management and keep track of pending tasks
- You will create presentations and evaluations and contribute to the preparation of documents for the board of directors
- You will network as a central interface with internal departments and support the managing director administratively in various projects
What we expect from you
- You ideally bring experience in gastronomy and have a good understanding of our processes and workflows
- You have a degree from a hotel management school or a comparable qualification
- You are an organisational talent and feel just as comfortable in the admin jungle as with Office 365 and modern AI tools
- You bring experience in executive assistance
- You are an honest and absolutely trustworthy person – discretion is a matter of course for you
- You have drive, think ahead, and go the extra mile when it counts
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
