As a Senior Business Architect, you support us in the classic fields of business architecture and play a central role in the core banking transformation program finnova.neo, with which we make our core banking system fit for the future. In doing so, you further develop existing business architecture artifacts and actively anchor them in the company to make them usable for product and transformation decisions. • the further development and anchoring of business architecture artifacts such as metamodel, business capabilities, and value streams
• the orchestration of product visions together with CPO and product management
• the mapping, validation, and operationalization of business and product strategies
• the effective anchoring of architecture and product concepts in the organization and bring experience in dealing with change processes (change management)
• designing and further developing capability maps and their logical connection with the Business Object Model (BOM)
• close collaboration with development, application, and data teams to translate business target images into implementable application and data architectures

• with a degree in business informatics or business administration and many years of experience as a Senior Business Architect, Enterprise Architect, or in a comparable role in banking
• with knowledge and practical experience in relevant architecture frameworks and methods (e.g., TOGAF, BCM, BIZBOK)
• through proven success in anchoring strategic concepts in organizations as well as experience in change management
• with very good communication and moderation skills across different stakeholders and levels of abstraction
• with the ability to visualize and communicate architectures clearly – both for technical and non-technical audiences
• through your language skills in German at level C1 and at least B1 in English
