As a company with a production site in Dottikon in the canton of Aargau, we specialise in safety-critical reactions and position ourselves as a strategic development and production partner.

Your responsibilities

• Technical support and updates (e.g. release changes) of validated QM systems
• Support of the laboratory information and management system (LIMS) and adjacent laboratory systems (e.g. chromatography data system)
• Participation in internal project teams that interface with laboratory systems, as well as support during audits
• Support of application operations, troubleshooting, change and life-cycle management in a GMP environment

Your profile

• Software engineer or computer scientist, ideally with experience in QM or laboratory areas
• Experience in application management (LIMS, ideally Labvantage) under GMP requirements
• Good understanding of databases (e.g. Oracle) and basic knowledge of Windows server systems
• Good programming skills in PL/SQL and Java
• Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Initiative, reliability, communication and teamwork skills
