About the job
What you can achieve
- Processing of planned inpatient admissions as well as inpatient emergency admissions: obtaining and recording patient master data as well as creating case data
- Handling the cost assurance process: obtaining cost approvals to secure hospital treatment and its financing, direct clarification with public authorities, health insurance companies and insurers
- Counter service: advice, information provision and receiving various enquiries from patients and relatives
- Receipt and processing of deposits: handling and posting of financial resources as well as account coding control and daily closing
- Internal and external customer support regarding administrative processes and systems (in person and by phone)
What you bring with you
- Federal certificate of competence as a businesswoman/businessman or comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the administrative field with customer or patient contact in healthcare or service sector
- Confident handling of MS Office programmes is required
- Fluent German skills as well as good French and English skills
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Service-oriented personality with organisational talent
- Team player with an independent and structured way of working
