Facility Services Property Manager 100% (a) 100%

- Ensuring the qualitative and quantitative delivery of the agreed services
- Receiving, coordinating and handling customer concerns
- Professional and personnel management of a 35-member team including deployment planning, time control and employee discussions
- Planning, coordinating and controlling inspection, maintenance and repair work
- Obtaining quotes as well as commissioning and supervising internal and external service providers
- Reporting and invoicing of additional services
- Initiating orders as well as checking and processing invoices

- Completed vocational training in the field of caretaking or cleaning
- Several years of experience in managing decentralised teams
- Good PC skills and enjoyment of working with internal systems
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form (C-Level)
- Strong customer orientation and high quality standards
- Independent, structured and proactive working style
- Driving licence category B
