To strengthen a dedicated team, we are looking for a professionally skilled and customer-oriented individual who wishes to make an important contribution to pharmacy operations with their expertise. We are seeking a Pharma Operations Assistant (80–100%).

Pharma Operations Assistant / Pharma Assistant – Pharmacy - (80–100%) (Ref. 2818) - immediate start or by arrangement – permanent position | Basel

In this versatile role, you will competently and personally care for and advise customers and support the pharmacy team in daily operations. You will work closely with pharmacists and other team members, contributing to a smooth workflow and high service quality.

Your main tasks

• Organisation and coordination of daily operational processes in the pharmacy
• Support of pharmacy management in administrative and business management tasks
• Responsibility for inventory management, ordering, and stock optimisation
• Support in invoicing, dunning, and billing processes
• Participation in accounting, controlling, and evaluation of relevant operational key figures
• Planning and implementation of sales promotion and marketing measures
• Ensuring attractive product presentation and a professional sales environment
• Supervision and support of employees and trainees
• Competent advice and care of customers in everyday pharmacy operations
• Optimisation of internal processes and support in the further development of pharmacy operations

Your profile

• Qualification as Pharma Operations Assistant with federal certificate / Pharma Assistant
• 3–5 years of professional experience in a pharmacy environment
• Enjoyment of the profession and high motivation to implement pharmaceutical services
• Responsible, open, and team-oriented personality
• Fluent German and English skills
