The Oberbipp Primary School (Kindergarten – 6th grade) is an idyllically located educational institution proudly welcoming 195 students. Our educational concept includes ten carefully designed classes, two kindergarten classes, two 1st/2nd grade classes, one 2nd/3rd grade class, one 3rd grade class, two 4th grade classes, one 5th grade class, and one 6th grade class. Tasks
You will teach a kindergarten class (maternity leave substitute), accompany the children in their individual development and learning. Care and order are important to you in kindergarten. Regular communication with parents is maintained, and you are willing to involve them in the educational processes of their children. You maintain contacts with the school social workers, the teachers in the school building, and the after-school care.
Requirements
We are looking for a teacher for our kindergarten (maternity leave substitute) who can draw on a wealth of teaching experience and has completed training at a University of Teacher Education for Cycle 1 or is completing teacher training. We seek someone driven by inner motivation and ready to actively contribute their extensive knowledge and skills to everyday school life. We offer a full workload (part-time also possible) for the limited period of the maternity leave substitute and the possibility of further employment in job sharing with the current teacher from the 2026_2027 school year.
The maternity leave substitute may also be shared with another person, or you are welcome to apply for a part-time position.

From 01.08.2026, there is the possibility of permanent employment in job sharing with the current teacher.
