Then we have a varied and responsible position for you!
To ensure the flawless operation and maintenance of our facilities, we are looking for a dedicated and reliable person as a Facility Manager from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

Facility Manager (80%)

Tasks
  • Ecological maintenance: You clean and maintain our facilities according to ecological principles and comply with the currently applicable energy and environmental laws.
  • Technical support: You regularly maintain and check the technical systems. You can easily carry out small repairs independently.
  • Project support: You assist the building department with construction or renovation projects.
  • Budget planning: You prepare budget proposals for our school facilities.
  • Events: You help prepare rooms for events and actively assist at public municipal events.
  • Personnel: You passionately supervise our apprentices and civil service personnel.

Expectations
  • You have training as a specialist in operational maintenance with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or a craft apprenticeship.
  • Ideally, you have already completed the professional examination as a caretaker (EFZ) or are motivated to obtain it.
  • You are flexible and weatherproof: occasional evening and weekend duties as well as winter service do not bother you.
  • German is your mother tongue or you are at least confident in spoken and written language.
