Job description

You will join Amaris Consulting as a Business Analyst within an international digital transformation environment. You will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology service owners, supporting demand management and project delivery activities. Your role will focus on translating business needs into digital solutions, promoting the use of existing enterprise capabilities, and contributing to the successful delivery of cross-functional systems in a multicultural context.

Your missions

Manage a portfolio of business demands from initial assessment to prioritization and handover to the appropriate technology teams.

Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to capture, challenge, and validate business requirements.

Analyze current-state business processes and identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation, and digital enablement.

Assess demands based on business value, strategic alignment, risks, dependencies, complexity, and implementation considerations.

Prepare demand assessment materials to support governance and prioritization processes.

Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, traceability, prioritization, change control, and acceptance activities for assigned projects.

Contribute to solution design workshops, business test scenarios, acceptance criteria, SIT/UAT coordination, and go-live readiness.

Produce high-quality documentation, including user stories, BPMN flows, UML diagrams, wireframes, report mock-ups, and business analysis deliverables.

Your profile

At least 15 years of experience in business analysis across the full solution lifecycle, including elicitation, analysis, solution design support, testing, implementation, and transition to operations.

Experience with medium- to large-scale, cross-functional systems in an international context.

Experience working within established project frameworks such as Prince2 or PMI and delivery approaches such as Agile or hybrid.

Experience in business process analysis and modelling using BPMN, UML, or equivalent techniques.

Experience managing requirements through their full lifecycle, including elicitation, prioritization, traceability, change control, and acceptance.

Knowledge of IT processes for project management, change management, SDLC, application topics, and data topics.

Proficiency in MS Office, MS Visio, Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, including Teams and SharePoint, and generative AI tools.

Knowledge of major IT platforms such as Salesforce, Office 365, Power Platform, RPA, AI-powered workflows, citizen development, or fusion development is a plus.

Academic background in Business Administration, Computer Science, data management, or a related field; professional certification in analysis methodologies such as IIBA CCBA/CBAP or PMI-BPA is a plus.

English fluent. French or another official international language is a plus.

Strong stakeholder engagement, analytical, writing, organization, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently across time zones in a multicultural environment.
