Application Manager AKIS (80–100%)

Your Contribution

• Technical application responsibility for the core application AKIS of the 1st pillar, including ensuring smooth operation and interfaces to surrounding systems
• Professional leadership and coordination of the team of application support specialists for AKIS, including overall planning
• Ensuring 2nd level support as well as initial analysis, prioritisation and coordination of incoming service requests and faults
• Coordination and communication during operational disruptions, maintenance work and outages – in collaboration with specialist departments and external suppliers
• Independent and proactive development of processes and applications as well as review and implementation of technical optimisation measures
• Coordination of releases, updates and test management
• Technical advice to specialist departments as well as participation in cross-departmental processes and committees
• Creation and maintenance of documentation as well as collaboration in projects
• Occasional special deployments outside office hours or at weekends

Your Talents

• Solid IT education and/or several years of experience in application responsibility and troubleshooting
• Higher education (FH or HF) advantageous
• High technical affinity, ideally with knowledge of the core application AKIS (or comparable systems)
• Strong ability to develop practical solutions together with users
• Experience in professional leadership or coordination of a team
• Enjoyment in taking responsibility and ensuring stable application operation
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style
• Clear, target group-appropriate communication with specialist departments, suppliers and committees
